Edgemont School District
Edgemont Scholarship Council
It is clear that nothing provides opportunities in the way a college education can. The Edgemont Scholarship Council is committed to doing all we can to ensure that no child is denied a college education because of insufficient finances. Through the support and generosity of the people in our community and through various fundraising efforts, each year we are proud to award thousands of dollars in need-based scholarship money to eligible Edgemont High School graduates so they may further their studies and open up worlds.
From an Award Recipient
"...Thank you for the scholarship. This will help my studies and I will try my best in college. In the future, I hope I can be the one who can continue to support this wonderful Edgemont tradition..."
A Word from Superintendent Victoria Kniewel
"The Edgemont Scholarship Council cares. Through forward-thinking and fundraising, they invest their time and money to provide a way for Edgemont graduates, with expressed need, to get financial support in a confidential way. I am honored to support this caring organization and I thank the Edgemont community for your continued support of this tradition of care."
