Maximum Allowable Tax Levy (Coming February 10, 2026)
Explains the District’s calculated maximum property tax levy increase under New York State’s tax levy limit law, including applicable growth factors and exclusions. This calculation establishes the maximum tax levy the Board of Education may include in the proposed budget without seeking an override through a supermajority (60% affirmative) vote. Submitted Property Tax Calculation (Coming March 1, 2026)
Includes the formal property tax levy calculation submitted to New York State. While not binding at the time of submission, it outlines the District’s planned tax levy to support the budget.
Administrative Budget Proposal (Coming March 24, 2026)
Presents the Superintendent’s recommended budget to the Board of Education, reflecting enrollment projections, staffing, program priorities, and estimated revenues and expenditures.
Revenue & Tax Rate Summary (Coming March 24, 2026)
Provides a summary of anticipated revenues and year-over-year changes to the budget and tax rate.
Property Tax Report Card (Coming April 21, 2026)
Provides a New York State–required summary of the proposed budget, including total expenditures, the proposed tax levy, the levy increase percentage, and comparisons to prior years.
Board Adopted Budget (Coming April 21, 2026)
Reflects the budget formally adopted by the Board of Education and presented to the community for voter consideration.
Board Adopted Contingency Budget (Coming April 21, 2026)
Details the spending plan that would be implemented if the proposed budget is not approved by voters, in accordance with New York State contingency budget requirements.
2025-2026 Budget Book (Coming April 28, 2026)
Provides a comprehensive, line-by-line view of the adopted budget, including revenue and expenditure details, multi-year comparisons, required disclosures, and voter information.
