DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) partners with Human Resources to ensure a diverse stakeholder group is represented throughout the multi-tier interview process for the assistant superintendent of curriculum, instruction, and assessment. This collaboration helps guarantee that various perspectives, experiences, and voices are included, fostering an equitable hiring process. By bringing in individuals from different backgrounds, DEIB and HR work together to create a more inclusive environment, aligning the selection process with the district’s commitment to diversity and equity in leadership roles.
