The Technology Department: The technology department website has information on policies, procedures, Wifi access, Tech Dept Staff and more.

• Instructional Technology: The district employs dozens of instructional technology applications for students in grades K-12.

• Network/Google Accounts: All new Edgemont Staff will receive a Windows and Google account once they’ve read the Acceptable Use Policy and the AUP has been signed and processed by the District Office.
• The Service Desk: The Service Desk is used for all classroom and office technical support issues.
• Faculty/Staff Resources: This page features links to commonly used staff/faculty applications
• Frontline: Frontline services are managed by the following offices: 
  • My Learning Plan: Curriculum and Instruction
  • IEP Direct: Pupil Personnel Services
  • AESOP: Human Resource Dept 
• Password Reset: If you forget your password or need to reset it at any time, please use the Password Self Service application. 
• Phone Support: Please contact Ray Renda at rrenda@edgemont.org or your head custodian for any issues regarding phones.
• ML Workorders: This application is managed by the facilities department and is used to enter issues that are not technical in nature (electrical, moving furniture,etc.).
• Cybersecurity: All staff are required to complete KnowBe4’s cyber security modules each month.
• Chromebooks: All staff members are entitled to a district provisioned Chromebook. Please see the Technology Department for more information.

The 1:1 program at Edgemont is currently in its 8th year and includes all students in grades 5-12. The students are issued a Chromebook in 5th grade and those devices stay with them through 12th grade. Access more information here.
